How long will my order take?

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right.


How do I choose the right size?

Every product includes a detailed sizing guide to help you find your best fit.

If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

We currently ship throughout the United States, with plans to expand internationally in the future.
