Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During periods of high demand or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (where available)

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, destination, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Other events beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already entered production or shipped, we may be unable to modify or replace the order.
