Refund policy

At Today Is My Favorite Day, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

Please review all product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order to ensure you select the correct item.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, design flaw, or is damaged during production, we'll gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@todayismyfavoriteday.com and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the defect or error

Once we review your request and determine that the issue resulted from a manufacturing or printing defect, we'll send you a replacement free of charge.

Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in monitor and device settings and are not considered manufacturing defects.
